CRISPY FEUILLETINE


INGREDIENTS
Gavote cigarette cookie  200g
Melted butter 70g
Ground cinnamon 5g

METHOD
Crush cigarette cookies with a rolling pin.
Pour the melted butter over them and mix with cinnamon. Spread on a pan or parchment paper to 1cm thick. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Cut with appropriate cutter according to the size of the cake.
